Local & Airport Bookings
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup at no charge.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of ₹200.
- No-Show: Failure to show up without cancellation will be charged the full estimated fare.
Outstation Bookings
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled departure.
- Partial Charge: Cancellations 12-24 hours before departure incur 50% of advance payment.
- Full Charge: Cancellations less than 12 hours before departure forfeit the full advance payment.
Corporate Bookings
Corporate clients with monthly billing agreements should refer to their specific contract terms for cancellation policies.

Company-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where we must cancel due to vehicle unavailability or driver issues, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative vehicle at no extra cost.
